Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced, customer service driven Call Centre Specialist to join our team. The selected individual will serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining and monitoring work database.

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones, order-taking, file organization, and operation of office equipment
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Respond and resolve all escalated customer issues
• Assist in billing of calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Pass on customer complaints to respective project manager
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedure
• Organize and maintain various filing systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of call centre or customer service experience in the telecommunications or construction industry
• Communicates Effectively

• Holds Self and Others Accountable
• Problem Solving and Innovation
• Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and SharePoint)
• Ability to pass criminal record check
• Knowledge of Cabling or AV considered an asset
• French speaking considered an asset
