FibreNet Canada is currently seeking punctual, hardworking individuals to join our team in Maritimes for installing Fibre Internet ,Tv, Home phone and smart home equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing award winning customer service and represent clients in a professional, and courteous manner.
- Provide customer clear operational instructions and system capabilities, options and recommendations.
- Perform required COVID-19 screening with customers prior to arriving at the home.
- Install and Repair Fibre-optic Equipment for Residential TV, Internet ,Phone and Place cables at aerial, burial and underground sites , on both newly placed and existing sites.
- Ability to troubleshoot and correct any faults or defects on accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure personal and customer safety by utilizing health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working at heights , Handle physically demanding load (up-to 75 LB) includes heavy-lifting , climbing ladders and poles , crawling in confined Spaces and working in all weather Conditions.
- Able to take direction and work with a minimal amount of supervision.
- Must have a G / Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Be willing and able to work weekends and rotating shifts.
- Highly Adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures.
- Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
Experience : Experience in Telecommunications and Alarm Systems is an asset.
Education : Education in Computer and Electric field would be an asset.

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
