Job Description :
This is a full-time, remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
- Presents annual business plan for new projects including technical debt and platform health check
- Assign and delegate project work to team members and project management resources
- Telecom applications project sponsorship – build project business case and project charter with business leaders
- Telecom product owner and manager of product roadmap, system health, technical debt audit
- Regular, proactive, ongoing communications with business leaders
- Lead product governance across NICE and telephony platforms across the enterprise
- Maintain run the business requests and incident management for the NICE and telephony platforms
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Enterprise and Telecom vendors relationship
- Experienced leadership required for multifaceted environment
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
- Responsible for metrics, SLAs and reporting
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements.
- Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related work experience
- 3-5 years hands on experience with PBX, IVR, ACD, Omni channel, and other telecom systems
- Minimum of 3 years managing a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills and ability to multitask.
