Telecom Wireless Operations Technician

We are currently recruiting individuals who possess the skill, attitude, and passion to join a growing team as a Telecom Wireless Operations Technician.
Skills required:

• Electrical, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

• Understanding of applicable wireless technologies, RF hardware, system design, and 3GPP industry standards

• Network designs, configuration, support and deployment of network infrastructures.

• Strong abilities to diagnose network issues, alarms and events.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Perform RAN integration and commission, troubleshooting and acceptance for LTE/5G networks.

• Practical and strong knowledge of Linux, phyton or scripting language is essential and desired.

• Support network swap activities, new sites and existing sites- the setting of parameters.

• Practical knowledge of 4G and 5G network set-up, interface and connectivity.

• Analytical thinking, willing to think outside the box to resolve customer impacting events on the first contract, understand customer pain point and resolve issues.

• In-depth troubleshooting skills to analyze complex issues related to software, network, database, hardware failure, configuration and integration.

• Have capabilities to identify software, hardware issues in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
