Project Manager – Wireless Projects – Telecom

We are growing fast and as such, have opportunities available for experienced PMs with a proven track record in wireless construction. We have openings available at our Toronto office. In this role, you will be a key member of a delivery team working on telecom projects including new site builds (towers and rooftops), small cell clusters, in-building DAS systems, antenna swaps/adds and new technology overlays such as 5G. Salary is negotiable according to experience and attitude.

Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager

• Determine and define scope of work, deliverables and implementation plans
• Predict resources needed to complete projects
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
• Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Manage costs in order to achieve budget
• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
• Manage construction schedule and activities
• Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
• Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Coordinate efforts across entire project among installation crews, engineers, subcontractors and our customers

Qualifications for Construction Project Manager * 10+ years of experience in wireless construction project management

• Experienced working for customers including Ericsson, Bell and Rogers
• Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and telecommunications architecture
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Strong leadership and management skills

Salary: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
