Project Manager

What You Will Be Doing

Manage all aspects of the construction project during the construction phase including contractual, planning & budget management. Provide strong leadership & guidance to field & site superintendents. Collaborate with and foster strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, clients, and others involved to ensure overall client satisfaction and success of the project. Lead and manage various project teams. Prepare & submit monthly/ weekly progress reports & cost reports. Manage project finances, ensure Purchase Order/ Buy Out process is followed. Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to terms & conditions of agreements.


What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Construction experience and/or training in construction management plus:

  • Hands on commercial construction experience
  • Proficiency w/ Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with TI and/or new construction projects a plus!
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and be self sufficient
