Our Whistler Marketplace Rogers Wireless store is currently in search of a quality team members, who is looking to learn new foundational skills that will lead to a successful future in any sales field! Fraser Valley Wireless is one of the largest authorized Rogers wireless dealers in Western Canada with 16 retail locations throughout British Columbia and one in Toronto, as well as a two Corporate Sales Teams to service small, medium and large businesses for their wireless needs.
Would you like to set your own standard of how much money you want to make? Compensation: 17.00 base hourly + UNCAPPED opportunities for commissions and spiffs (spiffs are additional bonuses based on specific target offered by the company and third party ex. LG, Samsung).
To simplify it, our reps are currently making anywhere from $20.00 – $22.00/hour including commissions!

What we require:
-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
-Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
-Meet, greet, and thank all customers.
-Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales service.
-Work well in a team of other sales staff and retail Store Managers.
-Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgement.
-Stay knowledgeable about our product, services, promotions and policies.
-Maintain a clean, tidy and professional looking workplace.
-Able to work during the day between hours of 10am – 6pm.
