Responsibilities:
· Assist Sales and Management daily as required working with carriers and customers
· Prepare quotes
· Based in our office, you are the interface between customers, carriers and the GTI team.
· You will go the extra mile to get it done right and on time.
· Review open customer orders and trouble tickets, taking action as required to ensure that we meet required / promised timelines, and keep our clients loving us
· Support management as may be required from time to time including reports on metrics
· Identify ways for continuous improvement of processes.
Education and/or Experience:
· Post-Secondary education related to administration, accounting, management or Marketing. Other education or certifications regarding fastidious attention to detail is a plus
· Two years sales support, business customer service and / or admin experience is preferred
Qualifications:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Google Chrome
· Excellent oral and written communication in English with crystal clear enunciation.
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under time pressure with accuracy.
· Work both independently and within a team setting.

· Driven to provide excellent results for customers as evidenced by a track record, to be verified by reference check with your supervisors.

The successful candidate will set up reference checks with their prior direct supervisors
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $34,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
