About this opportunity:
Review telecommunications project planning inputs, contractual terms & conditions, and translate these into customer deliverables.
What you will do:
Secure alignment and consistency of operational and financial plans. Secure scheduling of operational MS and activities with CPM and Implementation managers. Identify requirements from reporting perspective. Establish required delivery pace based on scope and durations. Escalate lack of inputs and quality of input required to perform planning work. Secure specification of project setup in planning tool, and the alignment and consistency of the information with other systems. Update top-down project plans. Secure timely adjustments in the project schedule in planning tool. Analyze the operational progress of the project financials and delivery in order to prepare and distribute accurate and timely project reports based on the analyses. Search for opportunities to shorten project milestone and activity lead times. Ensure configuration in planning tool. Validate project setup in planning tool according to given project requirements and specifications. Administrate master data in planning tool. Search for standardization in country project setups. Identify improvements and new functional requirements for project planning.
You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field and 3 years of experience to involve: telecommunications project management; project management utilizing PMI methodologies; project planning including scheduling and project setup; business processes including delivery, supply, and procurement; and working with SAP.
