Network Engineer II

Responsibility:

• These engineers will support 5G initiative building 5G network Break fix agents for 5G sites; there are cell towers . These engineers will be the break fix for those towers Solely responsible for managing CPE devices including radio
• Must have in depth Networking knowledge of layer2/layer 3 protocols Bachelor’s in any Engineering discipline Vendor Certification like CCNP or JNCIS-SP
• Must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift between 8a-8p EST.
• need to be onsite in hybrid (likely 3 days in the office) – must be local to Mt. Laurel, NJ
• Monitoring the CPE devices and receiving the calls (i.e if there is an incident, they will be contacted by other carrier, this person will open create ticket and managing ticket to resolution) They will own the problem from start to finish.
• Will need to troubleshoot CPE issues and possibly dispatch a tech as needed and work with them to make sure configurations are properly downloaded and service is restored
• May have to engage core team or escalate to TF 2 of TF3 team on occasion Will manager and work the ticket to make sure the ticket is restored min 4 years experience needed
• Issues could be reported through call, email or monitoring tool. Will send communications out to update other teams on issues they are working on.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
