The acquisition marketing team is looking for an experienced strategic marketer to develop and execute marketing programs. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to deliver marketing programs end-to-end—from data analysis to 4P strategy, to in-market execution.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive growth in portfolio by playing a quarterback role from campaign conception all the way to post implementation for Multi-Dwelling Units (condos, apartments) and Wireless Home Internet/Rural Internet segments
Drive strategic insights by conducting data analysis to understand results, uncover opportunities and develop recommendations to grow market share
Work with partners to forecast, develop marketing communication creative, and ensure the sales channels have the right tools to drive positive results/change
Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities (i.e. new programs, campaigns, segments, targeting opportunities, data sources etc.) or improve existing strategies to maximize activations
Work with the Business Intelligence team to obtain campaign/opportunity sizing, customer targeting lists and analyze results for marketing programs
Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment with executives and key stakeholders
Preferred Competencies:
2+ years marketing experience, telecommunications experience and/or university degree an asset
Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to analyze information, determine what it means for the business and quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced market
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
