We are seeking full-time Retail Sales Associates to join our marketing and advertising team!

We are partnered with some of the largest telecommunications, automotive, and green energy clients in the nation, and are looking for Retail Sales Associates who will foster brand excitement and close sales of our products and services.

Retail Sales Associate is responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers in a variety of in-person settings, including promotional event campaigns and retail campaigns. Our campaigns are designed to reach the greatest number of consumers and create brand awareness in a given market.

Responsibilities of the Full-time Sales Associate:

  • Interact with customers on face-to-face basis, always providing an excellent customer service
  • Identify consumer needs and concerns through in-person conversation, and offer solutions during promotional residential and retail events
  • Proactively approach consumers to educate them on the services and programs available with the goal of closing sales
  • Grow brand awareness by running one-on-one sales presentations
  • Work closely with Business Management to coordinate schedules and locations for the promotional residential and retail campaigns and events

Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service & support positions, sales positions, marketing positions, or business development positions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable working independently with minimum direction, and in a team
  • Must be able to commute to out Markham office daily
  • Valid drivers license and a vehicle is an asset
  • Must have flexible full-time availability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $660.00 per week

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
