Rightfax Administrator

You will partner with internal technology groups and external vendors to maintain OpenText RightFax instances, as well as plan and build new instances based on business needs.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• End to end administration of the RightFax platform, including configuration, troubleshooting and management of RightFax servers.
• Support for account creation, new user provisioning and end user training allowing for a streamlined onboarding process and promoting user productivity.
• Participation in platform software patching and releases.
• Coordination with vendors and telecom providers in support of the RightFax service.
• Review, optimization and configuration of platform monitoring using Data Dog and ServiceNow platforms.
• RightFax application user support, including issues with Fax to Email, Fax to Print, Fax to Fileshare, Email to Fax.
• Generation, configuration and support of reporting based on data housed in the RightFax SQL DB.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• Experience administrating RightFax in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in operational support and problem resolution for Windows-based systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise telecommunications technologies such as POTS, SIP, and others.
• Knowledge of RightFax report generation.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing system used for work assignment and tracking.
• Expected to provide support on rotational on-call basis, including occasional night/weekend.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL
• Certifications:
• RightFAX Administrator
• Other IT Industry-standard certifications, such as Microsoft’s MCITP and MCSE, CompTIA’s A+ and Server+, and others.
• Knowledge of MSSQL
• Proficencies in any of the following technologies are preferred but not directly required for this role:
• Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft M365 Administration, Microsoft Sentinel, Citrix, Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Data Dog, Networking (Cisco/Meraki/Dell Velocloud), Firewalls (Palo Alto)
