Work Schedule:

There are 3 openings for Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm

Full – time 37.5 hours per week

Compensation:

Salary $15.55 – $22.00 per hour based on experience

Eligible for annual Variable Pay Bonus Target of $1350.00

What you will do

• Key and validate financial data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconcile data using applicable tools to identify errors, adjustments or discrepancies requiring resolution

Follow processing instructions for various work types and decision based on client specific guidelines

What you need to have to succeed:

As part of your application, you are required to complete the following numerical data entry assessment. Please retain your speed and accuracy scores for your application.

• Zip Code Test (Numbers Only)
• 3 Minute Test

Important: Make sure your NUM LOCK key is turned on. In order to gauge your true speed and accuracy, it is critical you use the side numeric keypad versus the numbers located above the alpha or letter keys.

Click in the bottom box. The test will begin when you press your first key.

• Begin Test – Key the sequence of numbers highlighted in green and press enter after each.
• Continue to key the data until the 3 minutes have elapsed.
• When complete, you will be presented with your Keystrokes Per Hour (KPH) and accuracy score. Please print screen your results and save as your record of achievement. You will need to provide this result as part of your application.
• Ability to enter numeric data at a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) and maintain an accuracy of 95% or higher
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
• Highly motivated team player who is able to operate with minimal supervision
