Overview:
The Coordinator, Planning and Reporting is a key member of The Source’s Planning and Reporting Team. The team plays an integral role in the design and execution of weekly, quarterly and yearly sales plans for The Source.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Reporting, the candidate will have the opportunity to influence the daily sales operations and steer the long-term sales growth strategy at The Source by providing analytical insights to optimize sales productivity in a Multi-Unit environment.

The candidate will work closely with all levels of sales management and will interact with key business partners from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Business Intelligence, and as well, groups within Bell Mobility and Bell Residential Services.

As a Coordinator, Planning and Reporting, the successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Forecasting Mobility, Residential and Consumer Electronics targets based on historical trends and seasonality pattern

Providing regular analyses & recommendations to senior leaders to increase sales performance

Analyzing sales KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement, designing solutions while executing flawlessly

Developing strong relationships across all levels and liaison regularly with the senior management

Providing compelling data to inspire, motivate and drive behavior through daily, weekly and monthly reports

Skills/Qualifications:
Passion for process optimization, automation and solving business challenges with big data and advanced analytics

Proven data analytical ability with a focus on detail, accuracy, complex problem solving and logic capabilities

Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel functions such as pivot tables, v-lookup functions, MS Access and general data manipulation

Possess a strong focus in attention to detail while managing competing priorities

Persuasive and motivational communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Excellent understanding of the telecommunications industry, working knowledge of reporting and BI environments e.g. SAP, SAS, MicroStrategy;

Preferred Competencies

University/college degree in Business;

Preferred to have wireless industry or retail operations experience;

2-3 years of experience in a similar job function;

Ability to speak French is an asset.
