- This position is based in Dallas, TX or Denver, CO or Bellevue, WA. Candidate can work from anywhere within the US and or remote. This position may require re-location and or travel to project location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in Commission Management domain
Must Have:
- Expertise in Commission Management domain in a Wireless context
- Varicent or Callidus product experience is a plus
- Experience in building Compensation plans
- Proven ability in managing Business stakeholders in a functional role in the Commissions area
- Experience/Exposure in Telecom OSS/BSS domain
- Knowledge of Industry standards such as eTOM from TMForum
- Understanding of market and technology trends
- Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Must be able to communicate complex ideas with both customers and peers in written and oral form
- Leading key Functional and Design meetings with stakeholders and architecture team
- Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills, cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
- Analytical and assertive, optimistic, solution oriented, and creative with an open mind
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
