Martell Electric is an electrical contracting firm located in South Bend, Indiana providing electrical, highway specialty and telecommunication services to customers located in Indiana, Michigan, Arizona and California.
We are looking to add an Assistant Infrastructure Project Manager to our team.
This position will assist the Project Manager in all aspects, supporting their business opportunities, and managing/monitoring all aspects of Project Administration and construction work-site.
- Administrative support of Project Manager, including preparation of submittal packages, closeout documents, material requisitions, certifications, written correspondence, etc.
- Coordinate & schedule work force, material & equipment for multiple projects.
- Track production
- Assist with estimating
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills. As well as the ability to juggle multiple projects, while paying close attention to detail. This role involves liaising with the customer, the crew working on the projects, and with senior management, so the candidate should have excellent written and verbal skills, Mathematical and IT skills are necessary in order to carry out the administrative tasks. The candidate should also be creative and resourceful, as they often need to find solutions to construction problems while working under great time pressure. The individual should have the ability to adapt and work in an ever changing work environment. The individual must be a self starter. Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience
