Full Job Description
R.L. Clotworthy Construction is a full service CATV, telecommunications, and utility contractor specializing in cellular site construction, modifications, and tenant improvements. We are a tower design and construction company with a focus on the rapidly expanding telecommunications industry.
We are looking for a Superintendent to join our team.
When applying please know the following skills and requirements are necessary:
· Able to read and understand construction drawings.
· Able to follow company safety and quality standards.
· Organization is Key and important
· Willing to work in adverse conditions outdoors.
· Understanding of operations of light and heavy construction equipment.
· Basic understanding of electrical designs and circuits.
· Able to schedule and manage subcontractors.
· Have your own basic tools for daily construction needs.
· Able to stay overnight, on occasion, with out of town projects ( all based in southern California).
– Have experience in framing/site layout
– Have experience in Telecommunication/Civil Cell Site installation
Must be experienced
Monday – Friday. Occasionally weekends
Pay based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
- Telecommunication: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certificate (Preferred)
