Position Summary:
We are seeking for a Business Operations Analyst that will support and improve day to day operations. Are you a problem solver? This role would require critical thinking skills to identify solutions and work around obstacles. This position will collaborate and engage with various departments across the company. In addition, this role would involve improvement and automating business processes and support Beanfield’s growth.

Responsibilities:
Ability to identify areas for improvement

Plan and implement key projects to enhance quality, increase productivity and reduce costs in the organization’s processes

Collaborate with internal teams and provide suggestions for alternatives for management and stakeholders

Provide status reports and dashboards to management

Continuously detect and apply operational improvements and system modifications in relation to business requirements

Document and develop high calibre business processes flows, requirements, and design documents for new business needs

Facilitate discussions amongst business leaders and cross functional business units to outline requirements and apprehend internal operations

Support in the growth of the project management team and establish standards and methodologies along with the rest of the team

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma and/or post-secondary degree or diploma

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related occupation such as a Business Analyst, Operations Engineer, Program Manager or related

Experience with project management; interacting with different groups, understanding them and documenting processes

Experience in telecommunications industry is an asset

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset

Experience with JIRA and/or SAP is an asset

Minimum 2 years of experience with process analysis

Superior communication skills both verbal and written

Strong organizational and time management skills

Expert level in working with excel and ability to create and run reports

Detail oriented

Critical thinking skills

Highly analytical skills

Ability to be self directed and work independently

Ability to think outside the box

Ability to work within a fast-pace dynamic environment
