Possess a good attitude, people skills and an ability to work well with other company employees, management and provide excellent customer service. Must also be self-motivated.
Majority of duties are completed outdoors year round as well as work in confined space
Excellent work habits; Demonstrated ability to perform job to a high degree of satisfaction.
Operate construction equipment including backhoe and or excavator.
When excavating is completed or not available be able to assist crew members in placing underground pipes, conduits, manual labor and shovel work, operate power tools.
Restore job site to conditions found prior to beginning work
Notify construction manager of unanticipated field changes and suggest possible alternatives
Comply with all company policies, regulatory safety regulations, and code requirements
Meet established company standards of appearance and demeanor at all times.
Must have a valid driver’s license, own transportation and clean driving record.
Travel required.
Ability to occasionally lift 100+lbs with assistance
Possess good written and oral skills in English.
