A publicly traded client is seeking a Commercial Manager to serve as a resource for the organization’s sales leadership team for deal structuring/closing, negotiation, and governance. 100% remote, unlimited PTO, and A+ benefits!
Responsibilities:
· Facilitation of deal structuring, negotiation, governance, and closure
· Act as subject expert for policies and SOPs; develop understanding of technologies, solutions, and products
· Handle RFPs and supplier questions for customers, both new and existing
· Ensure compliance with contractual terms
· Gain an understanding of internal processes to ensure required approvals are obtained
· Collaborate with accounting and revenue recognition teams for forecasting
· Work with sales team to drive pricing strategies and assist in meeting metrics
· Partner closely with sales leadership for solutions on commercial and pricing strategies to drive closure of deals
· Review contracts and support customer negotiations
· Profile quarterly/annual deal financials
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Finance, Accounting, Business preferred
· Minimum 3 years of business experience with a focus in finance/accounting and/or contractual experience
· Experience collaborating with a sales team is a major plus
· Knowledge of contractual terms and how they influence financials is preferred; experience negotiating contracts is a plus
· Experience building financial statements, PnLs, assessing profitability is a plus
· Experience with a Telecommunications organization is a plus, but open to any industry
· Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment
· High attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
