Provides oversight, direction, management, budgeting, and support of telecommunications enterprise-wide. Managing priorities with regard to day-to-day operations, including projects, maintenance and general telephony support. Provides a broad spectrum of telecom engineering and implementation expertise for Cisco Unified Communications in support of TUHS business operations. Responds promptly to customer needs, with a customer-centric approach to problem solving, including vendor management. Manage and ensure a satisfactory balance of on time performance, interdependency and customer service in line with TUHS business objectives. Responsible for quality assurance testing, ensuring overall data integrity, and maintaining consistency in setup across the system. Evaluates and recommends new products and systems to improve network and telecommunications reliability, throughput, and productivity. Collaborates with other IT teams as well as various managerial levels, clinical, and professional staff from within the health system. Manages vendor relationships for supported systems. On-Call required.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree: in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience
5 Years experience in large scale VoIP environment (Required)
5 Years experience with Cisco Unified Communication Administration (Required)
5 Years experience with People Leadership (Required)

License/Certifications
CCNA – Cisco Cert Network Associate (Preferred) or CCNP – Cisco Cert Net Professional (Preferred)
40 Hours Per Week / 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
