Our Exciting Opportunity!
We are looking for a Service Software Professional who will work in the ADM Delivery Organization.
Perform analysis on various customer requirement pertaining to Service Assurance, Provisioning and Field Services in the telecommunication domain
Hands on experience with analyzing PL/SQL, XML, JSON
Experience in Containerized deployments tools like GCP, OpenShift
Experienced in writing high level and low-level requirements
Past development experience is asset but not a must have
Strong experience in telecommunication domain
You will

Work in a fast-paced environment and love overcoming challenges
Identify improvements related to processes and tools
Identify automation opportunities
To be successful in the role you must have
A Bachelor’s Degree, an MSEE would be even better
Skills in a Customer Support role
Stress management skills and capable of coping with pressures & setbacks
