ICT Apprentice/Apprentiship Role – 2 Year Training Package – Crawley

This is a unique training opportunity for a hard-working, ambitious individual to join an excellent IT training/apprenticeship course over the next two years, with a strong career mapped out for you with a highly established Family Run Business.

Duties will include but not be limited too:

• Shadowing experienced ICT Professionals
• Triage
• Answering phoned
• Progression issues to the relevant professionals
• Working on the service desk

The successful Candidate will have:

• Strong customer service skills
