At the Friedrichsdorf site, Valeo Telematik and Akustik GmbH develops and manufactures innovative power electronics for intelligent telematics, in order to network telecommunications, navigation, positioning and information technology and to increase driving comfort and traffic safety. These challenges await you

• Management of quality in the project for the system and software scope
• Risk prevention, avoidance of unnecessary risks for the project (design, process, quality costs, schedule)
• Meeting customer quality requirements and objectives
• Ensure that GSMART and Clean Project Management (CPM) are adhered to
• Control and monitor conformance to GSMART process
• Focus on design & change
• Support supplier management activities
• Timely release of deliveries by the customer
• Interface with customer (internal and external) for system and software quality issues in development for assigned projects in coordination with Q-PTM
• Ensure the application of QRQC rules in the system and software area

Are you ready for it?

• Successfully completed engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience as an embedded systems/software engineer and 1 year as a systems/software project manager (quality experience is a plus)
• Or
• 2 – 3 years of experience in system/software quality assurance (experience in embedded systems/software development and/or system/software project manager is a plus).
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Experience with SPICE or CMMI in the automotive industry is required
• Very good knowledge of the English language
