The Project Coordinator is the latest opportunity to join our growing team at Encepta. In this role, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment on reshaping the way telecommunications companies design and deliver their services.

We are looking for someone to support our Design & Build Management teams in the delivery of client services. Working with internal and external resources you will take full ownership of the support tasks needed. You will need expert communication skills and the ability to learn, build and adapt quickly to changing technology and processes.

Some of the responsibilities include:

– Coordinate permit applications to various permitting authorities within AB, inclusive of the follow up and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) turnaround times and client requirements.
– Coordinate the intake of work inclusive of incoming request management and project set up within Encepta’s internal project software.
– Produce varied reports from Encepta’s project software and data repositories on a regular or on an as needed basis.
– Provide varied project coordination support for our Design & Build Management teams with adherence to accuracy and timeliness.
– Adhere to and promote environmental, health, and safety policies.
– Other duties as assigned to support your team.

We are looking for someone who:

We are looking for candidates that can perform the above duties while representing Encepta’s core values and leading as a role model for the team. There are no specific requirements, but the successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to perform through their education, background, and experience.

The candidate must have:

– Formal Post Secondary certification and/or accreditation in a Project Management / Project Coordinator field relating to utility infrastructure (or will be working towards certification).
– 1-3 years of demonstrated success in a coordination, administration or project management role within the utility design and build industry.
– Demonstrated success with creating & implementing technology solutions to build efficiencies and enhance team success.
– Demonstrated success in being a self-starter and owning personal development.
– Ability to build trust through making the right decisions and living up to them.
– Ability to represent oneself and business professionally, and embody our white glove customer service culture.
