Field Technician
Role:
This is a field-based role assisting and supporting aerial pole surveying at various locations in the province. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

Duties:
– Field surveying/data collection
– Use tools and equipment to collect field data and conduct various tests
– Collect and record accurate measurements
– Complete and submit required reports
– Assist with equipment set up, break down and maintenance
– Pole Testing
– Locating
Technical Requirements:
– Post-secondary diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering Technology or related engineering discipline
– Proficient use of various tools
– Proficiency with AutoCAD is an asset
– Valid G driver’s license and use of own vehicle
– Strong adherence to safety standards
– Ability work accurately and efficiently
– Positive communication style
– Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
