Project Coordinator – REMOTE – UTILITY BACKGROUND

Stefanini Group is looking for a Project Analyst that will be primarily support AMI project related activities that rolls up to meter deployment, enablement of Use Cases, project updates and reporting in Springfield, NJ.

Location: Remote position 99% of the time, but expect some in-person meetings (infrequent, once or twice a month maybe) in Springfield NJ or in Newark NJ. So candidates should be at least be within driving distance of either Springfield NJ is preferable

Pay rate: $25 to $30/hr on W2

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead / Assist as needed with project tasks while working with cross functional teams to ensure that business requirements and Organizational Change Management (OCM) are clearly defined, performance tested and implemented for future Enterprise Releases, including but not limited to internal communications, process documentation, stakeholder analysis and training of various departments.
• Generate, maintain and analyze AMI project related reports, fulfill data requests, and assess and implement optimization initiatives to drive efficiency in the project performance and customer satisfaction resulting in operational success.

Required Qualifications: * Candidate must have the ability to multitask with attention to detail

• Project related experience desired

• Meter to Cash experience is a plus

• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint)
