Fiber Optic Technician / Labourer – Position and Expectations
Ferguson Utility is currently seeking a Fiber Optic Technician / labourer.
The ideal candidate has the following attributes:
– Previous experience in the construction industry is a necessity.
– Strong initiative and the ability to work alone and as part of a crew.
– A valid G driver’s license is required at minimum but preference will be given to a candidate with a valid AZ or DZ license.
– Able to perform various physical labour duties and work in a safe and responsible manner.
– Good communication skills and ability to work alongside people of various backgrounds and abilities.
– Positive attitude towards problem solving.
– Willingness to take on various tasks as site conditions may require.
– Able to work 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in various weather conditions, with occasional weekend work as required.
Wages and benefits are negotiable depending on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
