THE ROLE
The URD/Streetlighting Supervisor is an integral member of the department, by providing leadership and guidance to the crews, communicating organizational needs in alignment with company vision and goals, ensuring project deadlines are met, managing the schedule and efforts of all crews, and ensuring all reports to employees are meeting performance expectations.
WHAT YOU BRING
A minimum of 5 years of General Foreperson experience
Journeyperson Powerline Certification/Red Seal or Blue Seal
Knowledge of all aspects of powerline construction and maintenance
Ability to create detailed construction and project execution, schedules, and workforce plans and strategy
Knowledge of as-built requirements
Understanding of unit pricing and the application
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and pursue strategic opportunities on behalf of the business
