The Customer Communications Marketing team spends its days creating exceptional customer focused 1:1 campaigns that deliver on business and brand goals. We get to work closely with a wide range of internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality integrated advertising campaigns for the consumer mobility portfolio. We mix creative strategies with business needs to produce work that is compelling, engaging, and grounded in driving results.

You’ll work closely with cross functional internal and external stakeholders on a marketing portfolio and oversee end-to-end delivery elements. You will draw on your strong organizational and people skills as well as strategic and problem solving skills to help bring 1:1 marketing campaigns to life.
Here’s how
Wearing multiple hats as marketer, project manager and creative thinker; you’ll demonstrate success through briefing, managing and executing campaigns
You’ll demonstrate your critical and creative thinking to help create innovative 1:1 marketing
Develop strong collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to facilitate prioritization discussions, where required
You’ll continuously strive to improve portfolio and campaign performance through meaningful testing and reviewing performance
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
Demonstrable experience balancing immediate and long-term priorities, while being flexible and adaptable
Ability to build strong relationships across stakeholders and navigate prioritization-based conversations as needed
A strong creative eye with experience evaluating and developing communication strategies
Experience with planning, project delivery, and business process transformation
Resilience and adept at thinking outside the box, be curious and ask questions
Great-to-haves:
Experiences in successfully navigating large, complex companies
Solid understanding of mobility/telecom industry dynamics
5+ years of experience in marketing and/or product management
Experience working at or with a marketing agency
