- Works as part of a team that monitors critical infrastructure 24/7
- Monitors events and alerts, performs triage/analyzes determining severity, escalates with end user personnel as necessary with little to no supervision.
- Maintains a log of critical incidents turns over to next shift.
- Adds/Removes devices from Data Center Expert as needed
- Assists with the management of internal and external monitoring network components.
Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Understanding of Schneider Data Center Expert software.
- Experience Coding or scripting in Python, C, Bash, Power Shell.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP
- Advanced Knowledge of SNMP, Modbus, and BacNet
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 – $53,000.00 per year
