Job Duties / Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to perform tasks such as the following:
Program Delivery
Ensure Risks are identified and establish a mitigation plan
Prime interface with key Stakeholders
Provide problem-solving leadership to project team in project scope, timeline, functions, etc.
Track and report on project progress.
Provide support to the prioritization and escalation process.
Develop/maintain working relationships
Patriciate in the development of new processes and improvements to existing ones
Financial Management of assigned projects
Planned vs. Forecasted vs. Actual
Critical Requirements
Minimum 3 yrs. experience in Access Network
Project management experience
Experience coaching and motivating others
Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written)
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task/time manage/prioritize
Ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
Demonstrated ability to inspire employee involvement and teamwork
Preferred Requirements
Minimum 5 yrs. experience in Access Network
Prior management / supervisory experience
Knowledge of outside plant installation, maintenance, or construction
Knowledge of other Bell Canada systems-SAP, NETX, IPACT, COPS (Asset)
Adult Education (Asset)
