Your Footprint as a VP of Digital Transformation in Telecommunications Will Be…

… to lead both external and internal consulting and solution design. This client-facing role needs domain understanding and articulation through practical communication skills. This position would need to work closely with clients at all levels to understand, analyze, design, recommend and implement projects that drive superior and sustainable impact. Consulting and solution design activities include but aren’t limited to industry research, creating differentiating value propositions, ROI Modeling and analysis, virtual and in-person client presentations, facilitating customer journey and design thinking sessions, and domain playbooks.

This position reports to the Global Head of Consulting and Solution Design.

Qualifications:

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • 15+ years of work experience in consulting, business transformation, BPO, or a related field

  • 5+ years of Cable and Wireless experience and a good understanding of the market segments and value chain

  • Experience at a VP/Senior Director level

  • Undergraduate/Master’s degree in business management or a related field

  • Industry certifications are highly preferred (PMP, Lean Six Sigma)

  • Technical certifications beneficial (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Celonis, UI Path)

Responsibilities:

As a VP of Digital Transformation in Telecommunications, You Will…

  • Strong understanding of business transformation design and delivery within the Telecommunications value chain that includes but is not limited to network, fulfillment, maintenance & support, and payments

  • Application of domain knowledge of the Telco value chain in industry verticals such as Cable and Wireless

  • Have a solid grasp on critical trends and transformation priorities in the functional and vertical segments mentioned above

  • Work with the regional/global business development teams on proactive and reactive sales pursuits.

  • Contextualize and present transformation as a value differentiator in consulting report outs, proposals, and solution construct to senior internal and client-facing executive teams.

  • Work with global and regional teams to execute global and region-specific transformation business requirements and strategies.

  • Complete financial models, CBAs, and cost optimization schedules related to transformation solution design.
