Job Description:

• Identify and resolve Telecoms related issues such as voice and Call Centre technology,

Video Conferencing, WI-FI and mobile telephony/data

• Backup for fail over support
• Support on Domain Controller
• Support Local / International Lines
• Monitoring of Networks for system performance, analyse results and prepare reports
• SPOC for IT System support
• VDI Support
• Windows 10 Administration
• Mobile Telephony and Vendor Management
