Duties :

• Install, service, and program wireless Alarm systems in residence (Qolsys System).
• Troubleshooting security system.

• Mount and fasten keypad panels, door, and window contacts, etc.
• Provide service in accordance with the established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment, and the replacement parts.
• Provide top-notch CUSTOMER SERVICE and tech support to the clients.

What’s Required:

• Relevant degree/Diploma in Telecommunication or Information Technology or related field experience will be an ASSET.
• Excellent communication and customer services kills are a must. You will be our on-site representative and must carry yourself accordingly .

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Mechanical aptitude to use hand and power tools.

• Positive energy with “can-do” attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• You will interact with consumers daily and should be comfortable and able to effectively communicate/train customers.
• Previous experience with telecom, electrical, audio, paging, electronics, or a cable company is an asset.
• CCTV, alarm and network knowledge would definitely be an asset.

Must to have:

• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must be self motivated.
• Must have a clean driving and criminal record.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
