Ericsson Germany is growing! As a result, we are looking for a Solution Architect that will have dynamic technical solutions knowledge for the customers. You will be accountable for providing delivery of solutions, delivering network design and optimising services for mobile telecommunication networks.
Solution Architect (m/f/d)
Location: Düsseldorf
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be optimizing, crafting and developing commercially viable end-to-end mobile network solutions for local customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable NDO (Network Design and Optimization) service business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical solutions and proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Scope, define, optimize and design mobile radio solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical solutions
- Analyse and optimize customer network technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
- Support Product Introduction (PI) activities of new technical radio solution
- Work with radio and core teams on list of potential activities and solutions
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
- Identify, drive and acknowledge improvements, also seeking recognition thereof by R&D
- Participate and drive knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
Key Qualifications:
- Actively work with stakeholders across R&D and product management to ensure we have the products ready to carry new technologies to the market as well as the talents required to build these technologies.
- Strong background in SW testing and delivery for large deployment projects incl. SW / HW introduction
- Excellent understanding of local German operators and their ambition and expectation
- Experience from work as Integration Engineer or Software Developer
- Ericsson Radio Product, Network- and E2E evaluation knowledge, Network Optimization and configuration experience
