Senior Project Administrator

TekCom Resources is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a direct-hire role with one of our growing telecom clients in Little Rock, Arkansas!

As Senior Business Analyst, you will coordinate with executives, department heads, customers, and client personnel to streamline business processes, ensure data integrity and increase productivity among employees. Position will work with users in various business areas to identify change needs, assess the impact of the change, capture and document requirements and then ensure those requirements are delivered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and document functional specifications for internal and customer facing systems related to PO and invoice integrity and management.
• Provide focused training for users for all applications as needed.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Test business processes and recommend improvements.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
• Identify automation opportunities * Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business processes, procedures and linkages.
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements.
• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
• Liaison between construction, purchasing and finance to ensure scope of services is accurately captured and updated across all financial documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related.
• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in the telecom space.
• Computer Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience working in project management software and Netsuite a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
