We provide legal services to large domestic and foreign corporations and to a wide range of mid-sized and start-up organizations. Our technical, business and legal experience allow us to assist our clients in obtaining protection for their intellectual property in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Several of our attorneys worked as patent examiners at the United States Patent and Trademark Office before practicing law.

We are currently looking for:

Great client relationships don’t just appear. Our teams make them happen. We are seeking a Patent Attorney / Agent with 2+ years of experience. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of patent prosecution projects in an environment offering opportunities for advancement within a diverse and dynamic culture built for winning, together.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with excellent writing skills and a track record of strong patent drafting.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience or equivalent work as an Examiner at the USPTO
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Active Patent bar registration
