- 1-3 years Canadian or international experience
- Equipment installation / build / maintenance / upgrade / decommission of telecommunications network infrastructure and site
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Year-round, hands-on work on outdoor cell sites / data centres along with other indoor facilities
- Customers include – Bell, Rogers, Telus, Freedom, Nokia
- Experienced with general Telecom construction including installation of equipment, steel mounts, cabinets, fibre optic / data / power cable systems, cable tray, conduit, microwave, testing, batteries, grounding systems
- Good English skills both written and oral, ability to follow direction and work well within a team
- Prefer telecom [wireless / wireline experience] testing / commissioning / integration, working knowledge of safety standards and regulations, basic knowledge of electrical safety [paid health & safety training will be provided for new hires]
- Able to follow technical documents, blueprints and engineered drawings
- Valid drivers license and clean abstract required
- Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude for proficient use of power tools and equipment

- Starting pay rate $18 – $22 / hr dependent on experience
