- Define and prepare the forecast of sites and capacity planning for the volume committed with VT
- You take care of the coordination and management of partners to ensure they meet with the objectives defined for them in terms of sites to deliver in the SLAs defined and they manage accordingly the right capacity
- You define the detail processes and KPIs according to VT commitments together with the process design and optimization team
- You will plan and coordinate radio and TX equipment from various vendors, characteristics, operational and installation standards
- Interpretation and understanding radio and TX radioelectric measurements

- Studies in the field of engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer and similar)
- You are experienced in Site Engineering processes working for similar companies in Germany
- You have know-how in team´s management with more than 30 members as well as experience in communication with clients at high level
- You have hands-on-experience with mobile technologies like 3G, 4G and desirable in 5G
- Very good German and English skills are required
