Altitude Communications
Our company delivers telephone services, voice and video conferencing solutions, and omni channel contact centre platforms to businesses in Canada. You will be working in a customer facing role managing requests from our customers over the telephone and through email. The role requires strong communication skills both written and oral. Most requests are simple changes including: adding and changing services, updating records, and purchasing additional products.
The secondary role is assisting the technical team in onboarding new customers. This requires updating technical information and interacting with the customer to update them on progress and milestones. Strong attention to detail is a must.
On job training will be provided.

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- telecommunications: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
