Test Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d) Vehicle Predictive Safety

Location: Ingolstadt

Your Tasks

• Responsible for the test vehicle and the predictive safety functions.
• Plan and control all necessary vehicle activities to test ADAS/AD functions at various test sites.
• Coordinate and support all vehicle testing activities including test vehicle commissioning, specification, and execution of driving maneuvers
• Evaluate the test results (measurements)
• Maintenance and shipping of test vehicles and vehicle components.
• Support of the test management in vehicle test related topics.

Your Qualifications

• Completed (technical/college) studies in the technical field (computer science, physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study).
• Relevant professional experience in the field of ADAS/vehicle testing/automotive.
• Advanced knowledge in braking and steering robotics (ABD).
• Experience and/or knowledge in resimulation (simulation tools).
• Knowledge in analysis tools from Vector (ADTF, CANOE).
• Knowledge in data analysis and measurement tools (ADTF, Vecor).
• Expertise in the formulation of requirements desirable
• Experience in dealing with platforms
• Class B driver’s license (advanced driving skills)
• Prototype driving license desirable
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills, self-management and high level of initiative
• Willingness to travel
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
