Job Opportunity: Telecom Tower Draftsperson

Compensation and Location:
Hourly Rate: TBD, depending on experience.
Job Type: Contract, Full-Time (40 hours per week).
Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of becoming permanent.
Location(s): Georgetown, ON
The Role:
Reporting into the Drafting Manager, this role will be responsible for the preparation of structural details, manufacturing and installation drawings, and crating material lists for fabrication and installation of communication towers.
Responsibilities:
- Detailing structural parts
- Preparation of manufacturing and installation drawings
- Creating material lists for fabrication
- Input data for analysis of the existing tower structure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or College Diploma Civil Engineering
- Experience in detailing, manufacturing, and erection drawing creation
- Excellent knowledge of Auto CAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent knowledge in creating drawings
- Basic knowledge of TSTower or similar Tower Structural Analysis Software
- Good Time management and communications skills
