As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work with the brightest minds in the business and find yourself digging deep to find the solutions to help people live healthier lives. If you are located within EST or CST Time Zone, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate the coordination of user acceptance testing efforts and defect resolution
• Collaborate with business partners to develop test documentation, requirements, and timelines
• Provide test status updates as required by program directives
• Facilitation and organization of user training

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Health Insurance, Underwriting or other Business or IT related field
• Advance level of proficiency with PC based software programs such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven knowledge and experience with user acceptance testing processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AGILE methodology and use of Rally tool
• Group Health Insurance Industry experience
• Underwriting experience
• Stepwise experience

Connecticut Residents Only: The salary range for Connecticut residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
