What you’ll be doing…

As a Consultant in the Central Transformation Office, you’ll be managing multiple programs and provide insights to achieve operational excellence. You’ll be designing and implementing center priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence. You will be a key member as part of the Central Transformation, Advisory and Governance Team. You will manage the Program Management office for Transformation initiatives establishing clear focus areas with respect to Delivery & Support functions. Enable VERIZON INDIA to play an integral part in the overall transformational efforts across many functional disciplines through consistent alignment and direction on priorities/approach towards Business, Technology and People areas.

• Operationalizing and sustaining processes that emerge out of center priorities and other initiatives.
• Arriving at and adhering to a standard reporting, review and communication mechanism.
• Utilizing design thinking capability to translate abstract problem statements into meaningful programs that can be executed to achieve organization’s goals.
• Collaborating with partners from multiple functions to drive org-wide initiatives.

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for…

You’ll Need To Have

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience presenting compelling business cases, business performance results, and recommendations.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Masters in Business Administration.
• High proficiency levels on MS Excel/ Powerpoint/ GSuite.
• Exposure to change management.
• Strong presentation & communication skills.
• Telecom domain/industry exposure.
• Hands on experience on BI visualization tools.
• Program management certifications like PMP etc.
