DESCRIPTION
Objective:
Support the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Function within Enterprise Network Services (ENS) Voice and Data Transport team. Telecom Inventory Analyst has a primary focus on maintaining and standardizing inventory inputs into a third-party managed data base. Inventory Analyst will be responsible to drive consistency and efficiency across telecom product portfolio.
Support the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Function within Enterprise Network Services (ENS) Voice and Data Transport team. Telecom Inventory Analyst has a primary focus on maintaining and standardizing inventory inputs into a third-party managed data base. Inventory Analyst will be responsible to drive consistency and efficiency across telecom product portfolio.
Activities:
Assist Voice and Data Transport team in managing third-party TEM vendor’s day-to-day functions
Meet with key global stakeholders to translate ENS program roadmap into inventory standards
Ensure accuracy of data reported out to key stakeholder’s telecom expenses
Assist Voice and Data Transport team with global carrier management
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of TEM lifecycle management
Strong knowledge of telecom invoicing and contract management
Prior carrier management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Self-Starter and results oriented
Skill Desired:
Project Management
