Polar Power is looking for Experienced Quality Control Inspectors.
Shift: 6am-2:30pm
Pay rate: depending on experience
Job Description
- Immediately reports all Safety incidents, e.g., near-misses, accidents, injuries to the Quality Director.
- Provide Quality Assurance support to manufacturing, operations, engineering, testing, outside processes, product receiving, and product shipping.
- Perform Product Inspection at in-line inspection (manufacturing cells), Pre-Test Inspection, Post Test Inspection, and Receiving Inspection.
- Responsible for identifying and taking corrective action for any quality defect found non-conforming to the requirements of Polar Power Products, processes, and Customer requirements.
- Take direction from and support Quality director and Quality Department Lead. Act on directions in a timely manner and provide direct feedback when task is completed. If direction or task is not understood, undefined, or conflicting, provide feedback to Quality Director immediately.
- PCP inspections
- Cable and wire harness inspection
