We are looking for RE to work on technical analysis and the validation of the IT / networks, systems, hardware and telecom parameters prerequisites. You will prepare all the documents needed for the integration/implementation of the solution, provide support to the customer teams on operation and troubleshooting of the solution, prepare all the documents needed to integrate the solutions into the customer environment, execute end-to-end integration & are
and Carry out the investigations required for the resolution of the incidents by relying on superior support teams.

Objective:

  • A demonstrated history of customer focus and empathy, including the ability to diplomatically address customer concerns and provide feedback.
  • Experience troubleshooting applications including the ability to experiment with software and telecommunications systems, reproduce customer reported behaviors and communicate these to engineering, support and sales.
  • Experience working collaboratively with team members in different geographic locations and time zones.
  • A demonstrated history of creating non-trivial applications in Java, .Net, Ruby, Python, PHP, Javascript or another modern, general purpose programming language, including integrations with JSON, XML and REST APIs.
  • Exceptional skills with Python and Linux Shell (BASH, CSH, SH, KSH) scripting
  • Proficiency working in Linux based Operating Systems
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner
  • Sound understanding in areas of Computer Science such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Databases.
  • Familiarity with SIP and IP Telephony protocols and the use of packet capture tools (e.g. Wireshark) to identify irregularities.
  • Working knowledge of devOps, Docker, virtualization, kubernetes and micro services
  • Understanding of networking protocols, standards, and hardware such as Kakfa, PULSAR, Syslog, TCP/IP, UDP, TLS, SSH, RTP, SIP, HTTP, DNS, NAT, firewalls and router configurations
  • Ability to lead discussions on technical issues and drive toward resolution
  • Able to explain and define complex issues within a business setting

Requisites:

– Relevant experience: 5 years minimum as a field engineer, system engineer or solution engineer.
– Telecommunications previous expereince is an absolute must!
– Language requirement: Fluent in English, another language would be a plus (French, Spanish)
– Master in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $450.00 per day

Schedule:
