onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the IT Infrastructure Operations team, located in Phoenix, AZ. As a Telecom/Network Business Intern, you will have the opportunity to track, organize, and manage the cost and internal charge out of a full range of domestic and global telecom and data expenses. The Intern will have the opportunity to work with a diverse, innovative and motivated Corporate IT team with a global vision respected for our transparency and collaboration by focusing on People, Process, and Technology.

Performance Objectives

This opportunity will ask a student to have the following

performance objectives:

• Perform monthly reviews of various global telecom/network Providers invoices for accuracy.
• Organize and deliver telecom/network cost breakdown to Financial Analysts for monthly internal chargebacks
• Provide monthly reports to Management on Telecom/ISP spend, performance/availability/usage trending and costs saving opportunities.
• Assist Senior Telecom/Network Administrator with streamlining and enhancing the chargeback process.
• Reconcile telecom inventory to invoices including the identification of new inventory or changes in the monthly recurring services.
• Review bills for correct rates, discrepancies, third party or cramming charges.
• Open and track any necessary billing disputes.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams with.
• Assist with procurement requests and engage with vendors for estimates.

Job Qualifications

In order to be considered for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in school pursuing an accredited degree program. This position is specifically looking for a student pursuing Bachelor degrees in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business (Technology) or Business Management.

Outstanding data analyzing and attention to detail skills .

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written (including technical writing) communication skills.

Strong customer focus and attention to detail .

Ability to work within a team structure and ability to multitask.

Excellent problem solving skills.

Strong PC Skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
